This glossary defines the core terms used across GenCap Protocol®. Each term reflects a specific layer of the system and is used consistently throughout our documentation, product, and communications.
Programmable Infrastructure for Tokenized Finance The core offering of GenCap Protocol®. It enables programmable control over how value moves after instruments are tokenized.
Post-Tokenization Value Flow The category of activity that begins after an instrument is tokenized: how value is directed, settled, observed, and adjusted.
Value Flow Engine GenCap Protocol® in operation. It manages Post-Tokenization Value Flow as Programmable Infrastructure for Tokenized Finance and as Programmable Agentic Infrastructure. The resulting movement is Programmable Value Flow, or Agentic Value Flow when an agent initiates it. It is not a separate system and it is not an AI system.
Programmable Value Flow The category standard in which value is no longer static after tokenization, but can be directed, adjusted, and managed dynamically according to defined rules.
Programmable Distribution Logic The on-chain engine that executes complex distribution rules without reliance on oracles, bridges, or external processors.
Programmable Payment Flows The capability to configure and adjust recipient addresses and split ratios in real time through an intuitive dashboard, without redeploying contracts.
Atomic Multi-Recipient Settlement The simultaneous, all-or-nothing distribution of value to multiple parties within a single transaction.
Atomic Multi-Layer Distributions The extension of Atomic Multi-Recipient Settlement that enables value to cascade through successive levels of recipients within the same atomic settlement, supporting nested ownership and partnership structures without intermediate holding states or sequential risk.
Live Payment Reconfiguration The ability to update existing payment configurations — including recipient addresses and split ratios — in real time without closing or redeploying the contract.
Instant Settlement Analytics Live on-chain analytics that update automatically at the point of settlement, providing full transparency into every distribution.
Programmable Agentic Infrastructure The application of GenCap Protocol® to agent-directed activity. It is not a separate system. It extends Post-Tokenization Value Flow into environments where software agents initiate and coordinate value movement.
Agentic Value Flow The controlled, programmable direction of value under agent authority, using the same programmable, atomic, and observable capabilities of GenCap Protocol®.
Atomic Agentic Settlement Multi-party value movement under agent authority that completes as one indivisible transaction.
Agentic Settlement Cascades Multi-stage, multi-party value movement initiated and coordinated by agents, settled atomically, and subject to live reconfiguration. Builds directly on Atomic Multi-Layer Distributions.
Agentic Token Velocity The rate at which tokenized value moves among agents after issuance. It is the measurement of Agentic Value Flow, made readable through Instant Settlement Analytics.
Tokenized Bitcoin Fund A conceptual demonstration of how GenCap Protocol® can apply Post-Tokenization Value Flow to a Tokenized Bitcoin allocation structure, including programmed splits toward reserves or reinvestment. It is not a live offering or investment product.
