GenCap Protocol® Value Flow Engine

Post-Tokenization Value Flow for RWA and Agentic Settlement

Tokenization puts the instrument on-chain. It does not decide what happens next.

After issuance, value still has to be directed, split, settled, observed, and adjusted. That work is Post-Tokenization Value Flow. It applies to tokenized assets, including RWAs. A person or an agent can initiate the transaction. The token does not carry the outcome on its own. The infrastructure does.

GenCap Protocol® Value Flow Engine is patent-pending Programmable Infrastructure for Tokenized Finance, live on Polygon.  It manages Post-Tokenization Value Flow as Programmable Infrastructure for Tokenized Finance and as Programmable Agentic Infrastructure in an agentic setting. The resulting movement is Programmable Value Flow, or Agentic Value Flow when an agent initiates it. It is not a separate system and it is not an AI system.

Agents decide. GenCap Protocol® settles.

After the token exists

A simple transfer can move value from A to B. Commercial activity rarely stops there. A fee, a partner share, a reserve, and a further allocation often belong in the same event. If those legs travel as separate payments, the decision can be instant while the capital is still waiting. One step can complete. Another can stall. A rule change can wait on a new contract.

That is not a failure of the token. It is a limit of the rails.

The Value Flow Engine is built for that limit. It lets the current rules be configured, settled in one movement, read as they settle, and updated without taking the system down.

How the engine works in practice

Programmable Payment Flows define who is paid and in what share, through the intuitive dashboard.

Live Payment Reconfiguration updates those rules while the system stays live.

Programmable Distribution Logic executes them on-chain.

Atomic Multi-Recipient Settlement is the simultaneous, all-or-nothing distribution of value to multiple parties within a single transaction.

Atomic Multi-Layer Distributions extend that settlement so value can cascade through successive levels of recipients in the same atomic event. There is no intermediate holding state and no sequential risk.

When an agent initiates the event, it is Atomic Agentic Settlement. When that event spans more than one stage, it is an Agentic Settlement Cascade.

Instant Settlement Analytics shows what moved, to whom, and when, at the point of settlement, in the same interface used to configure the flows.

Core settlement logic does not rely on oracles or bridges. The agent’s reasoning stays outside the engine. The engine settles.

What that produces

The result is Programmable Value Flow: value that can be directed, adjusted, and managed after tokenization.

Under agent authority, that same result is Agentic Value Flow.

Agentic Token Velocity is the reading of that movement in an agentic setting. It measures whether tokenized value kept travelling after issuance — to the right parties, through the right splits — or whether it sat idle between leftover transfers and delayed views.

If the rails force a queue, capital waits. If the engine can complete the structure in one settlement and accept a new configuration for the next cycle, the token stays in use.

Where it runs

The live deployment today is Polygon. The Value Flow Engine is built so the same control surface can be placed on other EVM chains as requirements change, without rebuilding the value-flow layer.

The instrument does not have to change for the environment to change. The configuration travels with the engine.

The distinction

The token remains the instrument.

Post-Tokenization Value Flow names the work after issuance.

Programmable Value Flow and Agentic Value Flow are the capability that makes that work operable.

The Value Flow Engine by GenCap Protocol® powers it.
